INDUCTION PROGRAMME FOR TRAINEES

An initial SAICA induction programme for new Trainees is vital to the success of the organisation’s CA Training Programme. The purpose of these inductions is to give the Trainee an introduction to the work environment, practices etc as well as the SAICA requirements and policies.

ON-TOPP has designed a fun and exciting Induction Programme that exposes the Trainees to a wide range of issues in what is expected from a professional accountant.  We strive to make this an inter-active experience whilst imparting our knowledge to the Trainees.

There is a lot of very valuable information that needs to be given to the Trainees.
