Alan Liknaitzky
CEO
Alan Liknaitzky, a Chartered Accountant, holds BComm (cum laude) and BAcc degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has extensive experience in accounting and Training Outside Public Practice (TOPP) having worked with SAICA and many large corporations since prior to the inception of the TOPP initiative. He has been actively involved in the successful design, development and implementation of many CA Training Programmes over the last twenty-five years.
Alan has received numerous university prizes for subjects including: Taxation Planning, Business Finance and Commercial Law. Alan has successfully completed the unit standards for conducting workplace assessment and is a registered SAICA assessor and moderator.
TANIA MORITZ
Managing Director/Team Leader - Projects
Tania Moritz joined the ON-TOPP Team in January 2014 and has become an invaluable asset to the company. Tania is the "go to person" in the Johannesburg office. All queries come through to Tania who heads up all operational and functional issues within the company ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth roll out of projects. Tania seeks new business and is always trying to improve the systems and service. She has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the CA Training Programme.
Tania has a certificate in Public Relations and has worked in various fields over the years. Tania worked at Cigicell for over 5 years where she was the Customer Relations Manager and Operations Manager.
MICHELLE MIDDLEWICK (CA)SA
Assessor
Michelle Middlewick CA(SA) was registered as an Assessor in September 2008 and was appointed as the Training Officer for Uti (now DSV) in the same year. In 2012 she joined ON-TOPP as our lead Assessor. In the past 9 years Michelle has gained extensive experience in workplace assessment and training, including Assessor Training.
She has worked closely with NSOA to keep abreast of changes with the Assessor Training and has an excellent understanding of this. In the past 10 years Michelle has gained extensive experience in workplace assessment and training, including Assessor Training.
The assistance of Michelle in the assessment process is highly valued by all Stakeholders, making her an esteemed and integral member of the ON-TOPP team.
HANNA PITUM
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & RECRUITMENT FRONT OFFICE
Young and energetic, Hanna brings an upbeat dynamic to the team. She deals with all administrative duties in the office.
She plays a key role in seeking new CA Trainee talent for the recruitment division of ON-TOPP.
ON-TOPP have relationships with a vast number of subject matter experts who we bring in to assist us on certain projects.
